Cancellation

Notice to contact@wreckframe.com or +380 506 465 7346. Effective on receipt.

• 30+ days before start: full refund minus 20% deposit.
• 15–29 days: 50% refund minus deposit.
• 7–14 days: 25% refund minus deposit.
• <7 days: no refund.

Refunds and Fees

Refunds to original payment method within 14 business days. Non-refundable: deposit, booking fees, government taxes, visa fees, insurance, third-party costs. Per Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023.

Transfers

Transfer to another person or date at least 14 days before start, 10% fee, subject to availability. No transfers for no-shows.

No-Show

No refund or transfer for no-shows.
