Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of wreckframe.com and the booking of retreat packages. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon full payment. Prices are in UAH and include all applicable taxes. Payment methods are shown at checkout.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made 30 days before the retreat start date receive a full refund. Later cancellations are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Liability

wreckframe.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

4. Consumer Rights

Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023, you have the right to clear information about services, prices, and dispute resolution. We provide this on our site and in your booking confirmation.

5. Personal Data

We process personal data, including via cookies, in compliance with Law of Ukraine No. 3490-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 6 December 2023. We obtain your consent where required.

6. Electronic Commerce

As an online seller, we provide full identification details as required by Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015. See our contact details below.

7. Tourism Information

We provide complete and accurate information about each retreat, including terms, prices, and operator details, in line with Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism' dated 15 September 1995.

8. Advertising

All advertising is truthful and not misleading, compliant with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996.

9. Language

In accordance with Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' dated 25 April 2019, information for consumers is provided in Ukrainian; this English version is for convenience. Ukrainian-language information is available upon request.

10. Dispute Resolution

Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023, you may resolve disputes out of court. Contact us first at the details below.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ukrainian courts.
