Retreat formats
Every Carpathian wellness and spa retreat tour follows the same daily rhythm: gentle morning movement, an afternoon at the mineral springs or in the herbal sauna, then long, quiet evenings. Only the number of days changes, and how much of that calm you carry home.
Groups stay small, twelve guests at most, in the highlands above Ivano-Frankivsk.
For long weekends and screen-tired remote workers who want a short but complete break. Herbal sauna, two spa treatments, one guided valley walk.
For couples, solo travellers and anyone rebuilding a sleep routine. Adds daily mineral spring bathing, morning yoga, and an easy day among the firs.
For guests who want the whole arc: sauna rituals with local herbs, a mountain guide, cooking with Carpathian botanicals, and two free days at your own pace.

Sample Day
Every programme keeps the same gentle rhythm: movement at first light, a slow mountain middle, and warmth before sleep. Times shift with the weather and the group, and every session is optional.
06:45
Thirty minutes of slow breathing and easy stretches while the valley below is still in shadow. Mats, blankets and herbal tea are waiting.
08:15
Corn porridge, sheep cheese, rye bread, preserves from the village and mountain herbs. Served at one shared table, with a vegetarian option every morning.
10:00
A two-hour route along the ridge at a talking pace, with stops for spring water and viewpoints. Shorter paths are available on request.
13:30
A warm lunch, then two hours with no schedule: a book in the library, a nap, or a seat on the veranda looking out at the peaks.
17:00
Warm mineral water drawn from a local spring, followed by a short guided relaxation. Guests who prefer to skip it can join the afternoon tea instead.
20:30
A traditional wood-fired sauna with mountain herbs, cool air outside, and a last cup of tea before the house goes quiet at 22:30.
Days vary by season and programme. See the retreat programmes for what each includes, or check pricing and what is included before you book.
